I am so glad we were turned down from there. We found a much better home at another mobile home community at a much lower price. With better management personnel.
Tammy is an amazing manager. She has turned this place around 100%. Good community to raise a family. Good neighbors. Reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this community for anyone. Good school district. Jus great all the way around.
It's a very good community. Nice manager. Has a nice environment for your kids. Great lake. Things are starting to get alot better here since the manager has came in and started changing stuff. I would definitely recommend living here.
Had an appointment set for 12pm Friday. She didn't show. I was there for 30 minutes waiting around. No one ever came. Called Friday about 5, she was rude and very impolite. I still scheduled an appointment since I was interested in moving there. When I got there she was polite at first, then when I made the comment about me and my partner she became rude and rushed us along like she didn't want us there anymore. I should have listened to the reviews below. Don't waste your time here.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The management is not very professional. We had tried to purchase a home there and had more than enough funds for their monthly requirements of no more than 50% of income being accounted for, but we were turned down do to a criminal past from 17 years ago. A crime that did not fall within their "NO RENT RULE". Then after we were told they do not run a credit check we find a hard check on our credit score by their home office. After talking to other people who lived in the community we found out the most of the other negative reviews were true. They are anti-LGBT and a very homophobic community.
Friendly neighbors and great place to live. Also manager really nice and very willing to help
